# Workspace settings

> Manage the workspace — its details, business profile, account contact and members.

**Settings** (in the sidebar under Administration) is where you manage the workspace itself — its details, business profile and members. It's split into five tabs.

<Note>
  Every tab except **General** is only shown to workspace admins. Members with the User role see the General tab and nothing else.
</Note>

## General

The one tab every member sees. Change the workspace **Name** and select **Save changes**. Your website and what your business does don't live here — they're part of the Business profile.

## Business profile

Everything the Hub knows about your business: your business name and sector, a summary of what your business does, **What you offer**, your **Opening hours**, and your **Details** — website, address, phone and email. It's built during [setup](/quickstart) and yours to edit any time — select **Edit profile** and work through its About, Services, Hours and Details tabs.

The profile is a starting point, not a live link: as the page itself puts it, it's *"used when you create a new agent — it doesn't change agents you already have"*. Keep it accurate so every new agent — whether you [build with AI](/building/build-with-ai) or start from a [template](/building/templates) — begins already knowing your business. To change what an existing agent knows, edit that agent instead.

## Account

The **Account contact** — who we talk to about this account. Set the contact name and phone number, and choose your marketing preferences: **Email me news and offers** and **Call me about news and offers**. The email shown is your sign-in email and can't be edited here.

This isn't your billing contact — that's managed with your payment details on the [Billing page](/billing/billing).

## Members

Who's in the workspace and what role they hold. See [Members and roles](/workspace/members) for inviting colleagues, changing roles and removing members.

## Delete workspace

Permanently deletes the workspace, **all of its users**, and every agent, document, session and setting — it cannot be undone. Type the workspace name to confirm, then select **Delete workspace & all users**. Once it's gone you're signed out, since your own access goes with it.

This tab also shows your **Workspace ID** — quote it if you contact support.
