# Welcome to the AI Hub

> Build, run and manage AI agents that answer your calls and messages — all from one place.

The Moneypenny AI Hub is where you create AI agents for your business, put them on real phone numbers and web chat, and keep an eye on every conversation they handle. An agent answers in your business's voice, follows the journeys you design, answers questions from your own documents and websites, and hands over to a person when that's the right thing to do.

You don't need any technical background. Tell the Hub about your business, describe what your agent should handle, and test it by talking to it — in chat or on a live voice call — before it ever answers a customer.

## Find your way around

When you sign in you land on the **Dashboard**: five tiles showing your live calls, agents, knowledge, sessions and scheduled tasks. Each tile is clickable and takes you straight to the page it describes. The sidebar groups everything else:

* **Build** — your [agents](/building/build-with-ai) and your workspace's [knowledge](/knowledge/knowledge-library).
* **Operate** — [reporting](/monitoring/reporting), past [sessions](/monitoring/sessions) and [scheduled tasks](/apps/scheduled-tasks).
* **Configure** — the [apps your agents act through](/apps/connect-apps) and your [phone numbers](/numbers/phone-numbers).
* **Administration** — [plans](/billing/plans-and-credits), [usage](/billing/usage), [billing](/billing/billing) and [workspace settings](/workspace/settings). Most of this section is for workspace admins.

And help travels with you: the assistant bubble in the corner of every screen answers questions in plain language, drawn from these guides — so you rarely need to leave what you're doing to look something up.
